If you've never heard of one, neither did I till today.
Went to my favorite pawn to just browse the display cabinets and say hello.
    One gun stood out.......

Google pic as the one I saw doesn't quite look as spiffy.
Dust cover and just above and slightly behind the trigger is a "push pin" safety.
One big barrel nut holds in the barrel.

The wood foregrip is slightly wider then the frame which makes it look a little weird.

Ugly looking gun but interesting enough to..you know....want more of it lol

Anybody ever shot one of these?
    They want $639....yeah right....tree-fiddy...

(all the above pics are google pics and not of the real gun.

That could easily be carried under your arm pit with a short magazine inserted and a long mag battle taped.

Wilkinson, like the razor and sword people?

    Why "Linda"?

    Why this gun, at all?

Never saw one before, pretty cool looking.
Did a quick search and found one for sale at Cabelas.... big difference in price.

    Dayuuuum...
In any case mags are like hens teeth.....$60-$100 if you can find them....if.
But this gun has irked my geek button....somewhat.
It's like finding an armadillo by the side of the road.

    Why this gun? Why not!
Thats pretty darn cool! I like quirky and wierd. If it's in good shape I would consider it.

Well, the designer/manufacturer named two models of guns after his two daughters.

    Linda and Terry.

  9. I think there is a "Sherry" also?

In any case, Wilkinson's daughters made out better than Jim Waldorf's girls, who were christened Lori and Cindy. The name of Waldorf's company? Lorcin.

Well in Texas an Armadillo on the side of the road (normally squished) is as common as dogs and cats. I think it is cool and if the price was too fiddy I would pick it up.

Was going to mention the "Sherry" too. Odd guns. The big 9mm is almost as ugly as the Goncz GA-9...almost.

One of these has been on my "Wish List" for a long time. If I ever hit the lottery, I'll seriously look for one.

The Terry is just the Linda with a buttsock and longer barrel.

    Peace favor your sword,
    Kirk

I like it for its weirdness factor but I don't think I like it $600 much.
    Especially with proprietary mags.
If it would take Uzi mags....different story......maybe

Sure...but if YOU were designing a 9mm pistol..would it look like that? M16 style dust cover? Little wooden fore grip? Great big oversized barrel shroud and frame? Great big high school metal shop sights? Reciprocating cocking knob?

Seriously...why does it look like that? Why did they go with those things?

    Notice, I didn't mention the flash hider...that's perfect.:p

It actually has a rear peep sight guarded by the two big 'ears'.
The pawnshop edition didn't have the flared trumpet muzzle attachment.
It looks bad but it's not awkward holding it with two hands 'pistol style' .
One handed would probably be fairly useless.
    It's from the TEC9 and MAC9/10 days. 70-ies.
Would like to shoot it and wouldn't mind owning it but $600.....nope
