Which is better to shoot the poly coated or non poly 9mm Wolf ammo?
You want to use the poly over the lacquer coated wolf.
I see they have laquered ones to.
avoid the laquer coated. If you shoot a lot and your gun gets hot, the laquer gets in the chamber and makes it sticky and suddenly it no longer wants to eject.
The lacquered ones are the old style. I have seen that stuff cook to a chamber. I have seen it thick enough that the weapon could no longer chamber a round. Then I know others who have not had any trouble at all.
I try an avoid using either lacquer or poly coated cases in guns that do not have chrome lined chambers.
I avoid the lacquer coated ammo now. I have not had any prob witht the poly coated ammo.
