My buddy has had a few problems with FTE & FTF on his c9. After trying 3 different brands of 9mm he still was having some probs. Although smacking the mag did help with FTE, it didn't solve the prob, so...
I never took a c9 apart to polish the ramp but talked him into doing this today (I've only shined the ramp by hand). Very easy. Reassembled nicely. When (if) I can afford to buy another c9, I'll do this right away.
We also cleaned the handgun of any deposits (used CLP). Nice and smooth hand feeding it.
