It's always a bit of a gamble when you buy clothes online. It also takes a very brave soul to buy something as important as a wedding dress from the internet. And unfortunately for one bride-to-be, that gamble did not pay off.

Meaghan Taylor said she was "blown away" when she received her delivery - but not in a good way.
The $100 dress from Wish was supposed to be an elegant lace ball gown with a V-shaped neckline.

My wife gets clothes online, sometimes. If she orders something from an unknown brand, she saves that for low-dollar stuff she wouldn't mind shitcanning if it turns out bad.

With that being said, $100 for a wedding dress should set off alarm bells. There's no way a decent one would cost so little.

I agree. If it seems to good to be true it almost always is. Her wish did not come true for this wedding dress.

Did that dumpy mope really think she would look like that professional model with an off the rack wedding dress? She can start with putting it on properly instead of purposely making it look worst than it is. Then maybe get it fitted to compensate for her, ummmm, features (or lack there of).

My wife at our wedding reception in the middle. Dress from a thrift store and modified by a friend. Probsbly far better option than Wish other better options, Adult Shop/Eva's,Adam&Eve, similar stores if one wish(harhar) to find affordable sexy clothings as well as thrift stores.

To be fair, there's been a TON of videos of wish armor plates. I went down the rabbit hole on it for some reason. I watched probably 20 different tests. The short version is, if it's a steel plate, it's usually GTG.
