I do not know where you are, (407 is probably Orlando) here in Gainesville, you can find a used one in just about any pawn shop or a new one in a LGS. Why not order one from the internet? Most sites ship them free to your local FFL.

Yes, but unless residents in the same state for a face to face, it must go through a FFL. I think you can ship in state a long gun to another resident.
