HBWC Vs DEWC

OK, I seem to have forgotten, and I can’t find this in my manuals right now. Can the same data be used on HBWC and DEWC? It would seem that if the OAL and bullet weight are the same, they should take up the same amount of case volume, but I thought I’d check to see what you guys thought.

The HBWC must be kept below 800 fps (700-750fps is ideal). The DEWC does not have a limit.
If you try to push the velocity, the skirt on the HBWC will separate and you'll either get two holes in the target or a barrel obstruction.
The HBWC is significantly more accurate in general.
Most old manuals had separate loading data the the HBWC and the DEWC.
